Chitchat acting up? Try these quick fixes — they solve most browser issues in no time:
- Refresh the page.
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser.
- Close other tabs or apps that may be using your camera or microphone.
- Check that Chitchat has permission to access your camera and microphone.
- Log out, close the browser, then open Chitchat and log back in.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try Chitchat in a private/incognito window.
- Disable browser extensions that may block chat, camera, microphone, or scripts.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Restart your device.
