Guest accounts are stored on the browser and device you used to create them. If you are still using the same browser and device and the session hasn't expired yet, you may be able to access your guest account by visiting Chitchat again.
If you cleared your browser data, deleted cookies, used a private/incognito window, switched devices, changed browsers, or the session expired, your guest account will no longer be available. Because guest accounts are not connected to an email login, we are not able to recover them.
To avoid losing access in the future, we recommend creating a registered account or connecting your guest account to a login method. This helps keep your profile, chat history, friends, and settings available even if you switch devices or clear your browser data.
