What does Premium include?
Chitchat is free to use. Premium is an optional subscription that gives you more control over who you meet and what you can send. There are two plans, Premium Basic and Premium PLUS, each billed monthly or yearly.
Premium Basic
- Priority Matching: you get matched faster.
- Gender Filter: choose the gender of the people you match with.
- Send Images
- Basic Badge: an optional badge on your profile.
Premium PLUS
- Plus Priority Matching: a higher matching priority than Basic.
- Priority Gender Filter
- Send Images
- Send Videos: PLUS members can also receive videos from anyone, even people without Premium.
- Plus Badge: an optional badge on your profile.
Images and videos can be up to 8 MB each.
How to subscribe
- Click Upgrade in Chitchat.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly costs less overall.
- Pick a plan and complete checkout.
You'll need a claimed account to subscribe. If you're using a guest account, Chitchat will ask you to claim it first.
Hide your badge
Badges are optional. Go to Settings → Privacy → Badge Visibility and choose No one.
Manage or cancel
Open the Premium window and click Manage my subscription to manage your plan or cancel it. For payment options, see Payment Methods. For refunds, see Chitchat Refund Policy.
