Reporting in text chat
You can report a user in text chat in two ways:
- Long-press or hover over the message you want to report, then click Report.
- At the end of a chat, use the report option before leaving the conversation.
Reporting in video chat
You can report a user in video chat in two ways:
- Click the flag icon in the top-right corner of your match’s camera to report.
- 2After skipping a user, click on the history icon, then choose the user you want to report.
Please report users who share sexual content, harass or threaten you, use hate speech, spam links, impersonate others, or otherwise violate Chitchat’s Community Guidelines.
If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can also skip the chat immediately. Reporting helps us keep Chitchat safer for everyone.
